Student week :
Accommodation for student week is arranged at IISER Guest House (INR 1500 for single room and INR 2000 for double occupancy on sharing basis)
Science meeting :
All participants will be accommodated at the Orchid Hotel, Pune, which is also the conference venue. The Orchid Hotel is a 5-star hotel, situated on the Pune-Bangalore Highway and is a part of The Orchid Group. The hotel is in close proximity to Balewadi Stadium (Chattrapati Shivaji Stadium) and is close to Hinjwadi Tech Park as well as major IT hubs in Pune, with easy access to transport options to and from Mumbai, The Orchid Hotel is signified by its manicured gardens which transcend across six acres and add to the pleasingly aesthetic view of the ecotel hotel in Pune. We have negotiated special rates with the Hotel for a limited number of rooms, which are indicated below. These rates are inclusive of complimentary breakfast, Lunch and use of facilities in the Hotel. While participants can book at other hotels in Pune, please note that we will not be providing any transport facilities to the conference venue, which is located in the Orchid Hotel itself to avoid traffic related delays during the monsoon season.
Important: Please be careful about messages (either e-mail or phone calls) claiming to be representing the IPTA 2019 organisers and asking for your credit card details to book the accommodation. We strongly recommend that you do NOT give anyone your credit card number. Any payment transactions be carried out through secure site of merchant banker or by wire transfers only.
