TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL KALASAGAR:
- Our check-in & check-out time is 12:00 noon.
- Check-in before 6:00 am will attract a full day charge. Check-in between 6:00 am to 10:00 am will attract a half day charge.
- Check-out between 12:00 Noon’s to 2:00 pm will be without charge. Check-out between 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm will attract a half day charge. Check-out after 6:00 pm will attract a full day charge.
- Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival date, thereafter one night room rate will be charged as retention.
- Amendment may be made up to 24 hours prior to arrival date, thereafter one night room rate would be charged as retention.
- Children below 10 years of age are allowed to share the room with two adults without charge. No extra bed or mattress will be provided in rooms.
- Indian nationals must present a valid photo ID proof (driving license/pan card/voter ID) and foreign nationals have to present their passport and visa details at check-in.
- Please send us a scanned copy of ID proof/passport and visa details prior to arrival to ensure express check-in.
